Chief Engineer or Second Engineer
at Marinco Asia Pte Ltd in Indonesia
We have either Chief or 2nd Engineer requirement for our client to be assigned on board of 2 self propelled barges in Indonesia for 2 months. Both vessels have same engine rooms fitted with boiler / purifiers.
Job description as follows:
• Train Indonesian Chief engineer and Engine officers to use the various equipment placed on board
• Make sure that all equipment is used properly according to manufacturer instructions
• Put in place a maintenance schedule on board and implement it.
• Report faulty equipment to office and request tools and parts when needed
