Requirements
-A Master Mariner. .
-Must have completed IMO Model 3.12, Assessors Course.
-With knowledge in developing assessment tools.
-Experience in a manning agency or business related establishment is a must.
Duties:
-Ensure that all new applicants considered for pooling are duly qualified as per established
requirements of the company which involves screening and verification of the authenticity of
all documents submitted by the applicants and conducts assessments. He is also expected to
make necessary recommendations to the management regarding assessment strategies
for areas for improvement.
